The biceps brachii has 2 heads which originates as following:
1. Short head: Tip of coracoid process of scapula
2. Long head: Supraglenoid tubercle of scapula
It inserts into radial tuberosity and forearm via bicipital aponeurosis.
Similarly, as the name suggests, the triceps brachii has 3 heads which originates as following:
1. Long head: Infraglenoid tubercle of scapula
2. Lateral head: Superior to radial groove (posterior humeral surface)
3. Medial head: Inferior to radial groove (posterior humeral surface)
It inserts into olecranon process of ulnar and fascia of forearm.
